Free Day Breakfast

Free days are wonderful. Usually it's Friday, sometimes its Saturday, and today it is Monday. We have weekly schedule of who does meal prep and clean up, but on free day, it's volunteers. So every free day James and Eli and sometimes Troy faithfully volunteer to make breakfast. They don't do the usual, cracked wheat, or cream of wheat, or bread and jam. They make good breakfasts - pancakes, crapes, amazing frech-toast.

One time Tommy and Steve made breakfast, and they did Indian egg toast. Breakfast on free day is always amazing, but today topped all others. The boys had asked us to get fruit, and we did. They made crapes, and had yogurt and fruit (bananas, grapes, oranges, papaya, pamagranted, and watermelon). They even cut the watermelon all fancy and used it as a bowl for the yogurt. It was amazing...
