Making Newsletters with MailChimp

Ever wanted to throw your computer out the window?

Or snapped at your friends for no good reason?

Or been so intent on conquering that you forget to eat?

Or make it to the end of the day and say, "wow, I just wasted my whole day on that"?

Than I know just the program for you!

It's called MailChimp and it is the must user UN-friendly program ever invented! However if you do survive the day of electronic torture, you will come away with a nice looking newsletter, and if anyone dares comment on a spelling eror or anything, you will want to hurt them.

After a few months of using this program, your friends (or husband) learn to stay FAR away from you on "newsletter writing day," and just place food in front of you at meal times. Even if you for some odd reason don't hate MailChimp, it's guaranteed that your friends will hate it, because of the monster you turn in to while fighting with the program.

I had heard other M-workers talk about how much they hate writing newsletters - the time consuming process of writing words and choosing pictures, etc. Well, I actually enjoy writing my newsletters, so maybe MailChimp was invited so I too could hate "newsletter writing day."

To all my M-worker friends who use MailChimp, check out iContact, it has the same great tracking features, etc, only iContact actually works like how you think such a program should work.
Uploading pictures? Simple
Adding more text blocks to your template? No problem
Changing fount style/size? easy
Editing text? piece of cake
Making a newsletter is as simple as using Publisher or Pages...and that's how it should be...
