The common area of the building in open to the public during the day. So for us doing ministry is as simple as walking upstairs and talking to people, while playing pool or ping-pong. Sounds like it's been great...I wouldn't really know, I've been enjoying sleeping in the cave (which I formerly referred to as a dungeon).
I slept in again today - it's like a vacation...if only I would stop coughing and my head would stop hurting. Once I got my lazy self out of bed, I thought some fresh air would be good, so I joined the team walking to Pier 39...it was a really, really, really, really, really long walk, but totally worth it...
3 hours later, we were back at the base and I took a nap until our meeting with the leader talking about the history of the ministry here, and other stuff I don't remember...
Then we went out for dinner at this sweet Indian Restaurant Troy + Menke found. At last food I can actually taste, and it clears the sinuses so nicely...how I have missed eating with my fingers :)
