Happy New Year

I spent the weekend with some friends from college. Some of them I hadn't seen in 2 and half years. Wow, college was a long time ago...

Upon arrival, I discovered that my Mom's sporty little car was only front-wheel drive, so it didn't make it up the driveway.Of course I had no cell reception, and according to my directions, the lane back to the house was like 2 miles long, fortunately, my phone worked at the top of the hill, and I was able to get the car back to the house via a not-so-steep driveway, which was still quite challenging.

It was great fun to see my friends again!

I feel like I should have felt more grown-up, since it was a bunch of us 20 something singles staying at a cabin on our own (with no "real" adults), cooking, cleaning, and keeping the fire going.

However, for some reason, being with my wonderful x-roommate, brings out my silly side...which was soooo wonderfully freeing and happiness! We even played with stuffed animals... (we get extra goofy late at night)We also played "Pictionary Man"probably breaking every rule of real Pictionary, but it was more fun that way :)
On New Years day we went sledding and tried to snowboard. It was a wet snow, and I left my snowpants in Idaho...that was cold...but still lots of funWow, I used fun like a bajilion times in this post...fun, fun, fun...In case you missed it, I had a really FUN weekend...I love my friends!
